PostNord's return portal – when your customers need to return to you

We have made it easy for you to handle returns digitally. No development is necessary. Our return portal frees up time from your customer service, as the portal takes care of everything. You do not need to send return labels in your parcels – everything is done digitally.

How it works:

  1. We create a unique returns page for your webshop.
  2. You can link to the page from your channels.
  3. On this return portal, your customers can fill in their information and receive a QR code for the return shipment.
  4. Your customers show the QR code in one of our parcel shops across the country.

It requires no development from your side, and you do not have to spend time in your customer service creating return shipments.

Get started quickly

You just need to give us:

  • Your logo in PNG-format
  • The information you want to show your customer (we have suggestions for texts)
  • Which fields you want in your return form (e.g. reason for return)
  • Your PostNord production customer number
  • Your return address
